Murdock Theatre

Dr. Connett has spent the past 16 years researching the effects of fluoride on human health and the environment. He is the Executive Director of Fluoride Action Network (FAN), a non-profit coalition of citizens and scientists working to broaden awareness about the toxicity of fluoride compounds and the harmful consequences of Community Water Fluoridation. He is also the co-author of the 2010 book The Case Against Fluoride.


Dr. Connett holds a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, England, and a PhD. In Chemistry from Dartmouth College. He is retired from his full professorship at St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY, where he taught environmental chemistry and toxicology for 23 years.
